| In order to use PowerOptionsApplied’s new BrokerLink with optionsXpress, the "Site Access Via Software / XML API" must be enabled on optionsXpress’s website and optionsXpress must be selected as the broker on the PowerOptionsApplied website. The following steps will guide you through the process (note, these configuration procedures only need to be executed once): |

| Configuring optionsXpress Account |
| |
| 1. After logging into your optionsXpress account, you will see the following: |

| 2. Select “Account” |
| |
 |
| |
| 3. Select "Profile" |
| |
 |
| |
| 4. Select “Trading & Web Site Preferences” |
| |
 |
| |
| 5. Select the Enable for “Site Access Via Software/XML API” |
| |
 |
| |
| 6. If you agree with optionsXpress’s Trading Access via External Software Agreement, then select “I Accept” |
| |
| You are now enabled for Site Access Via Software / XML API with optionsXpress. And you must now select your broker on the PowerOptionsApplied website. |

| |
| Configuring PowerOptionsApplied |
| |
| 1. After logging into PowerOptionsApplied, you will see the following: |

| 2. Select “My Account” |
| |
 |
| |
| 3. Select “Broker Settings” |
| |
 |
| |
| 4. Select New Broker as optionsXpress |
| |
 |
| |
| 5. Select “Save Settings” |
| |
| You are now enabled to trade PowerOptionsApplied’s selections with optionsXpress. |

| |
| Placing Trades and Contingent Orders |
| |
| To place a trade with optionsXpress, you must login to your optionsXpress account through the PowerOptionsApplied website before placing a new trade (note, you only need to login to optionsXpress when you desire to make a new trade, monitor trade execution or observe position details/history). |

| 1. From the "Open Trades" page: |
| |

| 2. Select “Details” for the desired position to trade. |
| |
 |
| |
| 3. Select the desired number of contracts for trade preview. |
| |
 |
| |
| 4. Login to the optionsXpress account for desired trading (the User ID will determine which optionsXpress is selected for multiple optionsXpress account holders). |

| |
| 5.To place the order select “Place Order” |
| |
| For positions with contingent orders (Meridian, Centium, Optium), the contingent orders can be placed after the order has been executed from the “Details” page. |

| |
| 6. After the order has been successfully executed, select “Preview Contingent Orders” |
| |
 |
| |
| 7. Select “Place Orders” |
| |
| Note: After stop-losses have been modified, revised contingent orders can be placed from the “Details” page as shown just previously. |

| Note 2: PowerOptionsApplied only tracks trades executed through the PowerOptionsApplied website. |
